The Chef's Club is managed by Master Chef Gordon Cartwright who is now our Director of Chefs. His experience in cooking Michelin food, his time spent as the architect of the AA Rosette Academy and his experience in mentoring chefs at all levels, all combine to make you know that you're in safe hands.
