A stunning five star hotel with an international reputation for excellence is currently looking to recruit an exceptional individual into the role of Director of Food & Beverage

In this role you will be fully financially and operationally accountable for all aspects of a service led luxury Food & Beverage operation that consists of a multiple outlets including a Fine Dining Restaurant, Destination Bar and extensive Meeting & Events.

Reporting directly into the General Manager and CEO you will be responsible for implementing a long term strategic business plan for the operation that ensures revenue targets are achieved and that all outlets are correctly positioned and marketed to be at the cutting edge of the international hospitality scene.

You will also be responsible for managing, developing and motivating a team of talented and driven HOD’s as well as being the figure head for all F&B staff, leading by example and ensuring a professional and approachable service culture is delivered across the business to both customers and fellow colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be currently working at a Director of Food & Beverage level within a five star hotel and posses excellent man management, communication and business skills.
