All food is freshly prepared to the highest of standards in this fantastically equipped and structured kitchen.
The Pastry team is headed by a talented and well respected Head Pastry CHef who will mentor, support and encourage growth and development in the whole pastry team.
Pastry Chef Requirements:
- Restaurant and Banqueting background, 1 AA Rosettes minimum / 4 or 5 Star
- Creative with very good attention to detail
- Able to use own initiative, be dedicated and hard working
- Passionate
- Strong communication and supervisory skills
- Eligible to live & work in the UK with no restrictions
