A modern and stylish four star hotel in Central London is currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join there executive team.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be fully responsible for all operational and financial aspects of running a high volume fast paced operation that consists of a restaurant, lounge, café and a room service/mini bar department. You will ensure that your heads of departments are well trained and motivated and that your team of over one hundred line staff are focused, delivering a consistent high level service experience to customers.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will also be responsible for the commercial successes of the operation ensuring budgets are met through sound business acumen and having control of operational costs.

The ideal candidate will be currently working as either an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a five hundred room plus hotel or as a Food & Beverage Manager in a smaller property. You will also have excellent communication skills and the drive and enthusiasm needed to drive an operation forward.
