EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF - 5 * Hotel London - Competitive Salary
A luxury 5 * Delux hotel in Central London with a strong international reputation is currently looking for an Executive Pastry Chef with the following requirements:
- Experienced 5 star Hotel Executive Pastry Chef
- International 5 star Hotel experience
- Experienced in catering for high volumes for a multi-outlet hotel operation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong management and training skills
- Creative and artistic
- Great finesse and attention to detail
- Well-rounded pastry skills - a la carte, bakery to vienoisserie, afternoon tea, chocolate, sugar work, show pieces
- Must be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Good references will be required
The Executive Pastry Chef will be directly reporting to this luxurious property's Executive Chef and managing the pastry department at the expected 5 star standards. Team of over 15 pastry chefs, multi-outlet.
All managerial duties apply for this Executive Pastry Chef role from staff training, admin, stock control, menu development, health & safety and hygiene etc.
