 A luxury 5 * Delux hotel in Central London with a strong international reputation is currently looking for an Executive Pastry Chef with the following requirements:

  • Experienced 5 star Hotel Executive Pastry Chef
  • International 5 star Hotel experience
  • Experienced in catering for high volumes for a multi-outlet hotel operation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong management and training skills
  • Creative and artistic
  • Great finesse and attention to detail
  • Well-rounded pastry skills - a la carte, bakery to vienoisserie, afternoon tea, chocolate, sugar work, show pieces
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Good references will be required

 The Executive Pastry Chef will be directly reporting to this luxurious property's Executive Chef and managing the pastry department at the expected 5 star standards. Team of over 15 pastry chefs, multi-outlet.

All managerial duties apply for this Executive Pastry Chef role from staff training, admin, stock control, menu development, health & safety and hygiene etc.
