Sous Chef - Luxury 5 star Hotel Central London
A luxury 5 deluxe hotel in the heart of London is currently looking for a strong Sous Chef to join their management team within the kitchen.
This prestigious 5 star establishment would be an amazing stepping stone for an ambitious chef to enter an organized, meticulous and well structured hotel kitchen that takes pride in absolutely every dish that leaves the door, from banqueting to fine dining service.
The sous chef will be reporting into the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef and assist in running the kitchen on a daily basis, ensuring policies and standards are adhered to. This includes training and managing junior chefs.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Currently working in a management capacity as Sous Chef or Head Chef
- 5 star Hotel background
- Michelin trained ideal but not essential
- Fine dining restaurant experience ideal
- Strong leader, communicator, organizer
- Systems-orientated
- Driven to learn and succeed
- Eligible to live & work in the UK with no restrictions
