HEAD CHEF - Quality ITALIAN Restaurant London

We are looking for a head chef with passion for authentic Italian cookery who is able manage and deliver refined, modern Italian cuisine. This is a great opportunity for a chef to make their own mark and name!

The restaurant is bustling and vibrant, located in South London that prides itself in serving high quality, fresh and authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. They are looking for a Head Chef to modernize their style of food and upgrade their existing offer.

The role is ideal for a strong Sous Chef or someone who is already Head Chef. Passion for Italian cookery is essential and of course the knowledge of the cuisine, but we'd be happy to speak to a chef who comes from a Modern European fine dining cooking background. The head chef candidate must be creative, passionate and be committed to improving the restaurant's culinary standards in line with their authentic Italian menu.

The head chef will be working in a very supportive company and offered full management training, should that be required.

The head chef will manage a team of 12 - 15 chefs, catering for up to 180 covers (on weekends) and manage the kitchen on a daily basis.
