Restaurant Manager - formal dining room - Up to £40K

We are therefore inviting interest from Restaurant Managers who understands and have experience from top end restaurants in the UK. The polished, refined and knowledgeable skills of a Restaurant Manager from a high end fine dining environment is required. You will have Michelin Star experience.

We are seeking Restaurant Managers or an Assistant Restaurant Managers ready for a step up the career ladder who understands the world of Michelin star and what it takes to deliver michelin star service and consistency, to train team members to work at these standards and perfect the art of service in this environment.

The 50 cover restaurant is beautiful and elegant and oversees the extensive gardens surrounding the restaurant. The Cuisine can be described as some of the UK's best and uses high quality local produce to create these modern interpretations of classic British Cuisine. This teamed with an impressive international wine list makes this whole dining experience incredible.
