The 70 cover restaurant offers an excellent standard in Modern British Cuisine and is seeking a Restaurant Manager who is knowledgeable about quality produce, menu's and service. We are looking for a service focussed Restaurant Manager who can lead, inspire and motivate a team of 7.

You will be joining a highly focussed, motivated and friendly team.

It is important that our client finds the right character fit for this team which is a highly presentable, knowledgeable on menu's, produce and quality, friendly, upbeat and communicative person who has gained experiences working in quality fine dining / brasserie restaurant operations.

This role would suit someone with the knowledge of a fine dining operation but who is suited more to a more informal style of dining and service.
