Award winning five star hotel and fine dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Waiter

If you have previous fine Dining experience, ideally Michelin Star and are looking to continue building your career working in top end properties then this will be a fabulous move for an experienced Chef de Rang looking for a step up the ladder or Head Waiter looking for a new challenge in a reputable / Internationally recognised company.

As a Head Waiter you must have excellent knowledge of food and wine. You will be immaculately presented and be able to communicate effectively

• The Head Waiter will assist in the smooth running of the michelin standard fine dining restaurant reporting into the Assistant Restaurant Manager
• The Head Waiter must maintain the exceptionally high standards and be able to oversee michelin starred restaurant on managers days off
• As a Head Waiter you will train and develop your team
• The Head Waiter will manage Chef de Rang and Commis
