Seeking a quality focussed Sous Chef/ Head Chef to oversee a unique and smart kitchen in the affluent and beautiful island of Guernsey.

We are seeking an imaginative Sous Chef / Head CHef who has an understanding of quality produce and Japanese style brasserie dishes.
We are seeking modern cooking and menu ideas for this 50 cover restaurant who have strong customer base for it's modern, imaginative and quality environment.

Our client is looking for an experienced chef who has been cooking in quality - funky environments and is looking for a team and kitchen in which they can put their stamp on. This is an opportunity for creative thinking and to be an integral part of the team to work with the owners in putting this restaurant on the map, building it's reputation and recognition.

Our client would invite interest from candidates who have experience and knowledge in Japanese hot and cold kitchen along with other cuisines. Experience of working in London restaurants would be highly desirable.
