The restaurant is set in a classic 16th century beautiful old cottage and is surrounded by English countryside.
Cooking is simple but high quality based on British produce and French influences.Excellent use of local farms and producers and their own kitchen garden – a dream for any Junior Sous Chef who is not keen on the city!
The restaurant is owned by restaurant professionals with an inspirational Head Chef who will mentor and encourage his team.The restaurant has gained high recognition from well respected industry professionals and guides / reviewers.They have recently been awarded 2 AA rosettes.
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to complete this team of 7 chefs - as a successfull Chef de Partie you will demonstrate a stable background and you will be looking for a long term company and kitchen in which you can learn and strengthen your skills.
The Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie will have already gained a some technical cooking training in quality restaurants preferably at rosette (or equivalent) standard.
Live in accommodation is available if required. Car owners and drivers would be at an advantage due to location.
15 minutes from nearest station and town.
Applicants must have no restrictions to working in the UK.
