The successful Sous Chef will be joining a highly reputable Five Star hotel based in Hertfordshire and is renowned for its style and ultimate luxury and sophistication.

The Sous Chef will be overlooking operations in the restaurant which serves a high quality menu and buffet choices in International Cuisine.

The client seeks a highly enthusiastic chef who is classically trained within five star properties. You will require experience of working in a demanding kitchen and have experience of varied world wide cuisines from Britain, France, Italy, the Middle East and Asia. You must have experience of managing / working in a large kitchen brigade.

We are looking for natural leaders who can inspire and motivate a large team, you will demonstrate excellent organisational qualities with an eye for detail and an ability to work methodically and calmly in a very busy and challenging environment.

International experience gained in five star hotels is highly desirable.
