Seeking Junior Sous Chef for Pastry the successful candidate will have experience of working in a high end / quality environment preparing pastry items and goods for multi outlet operations.

Working in a large pastry team and amazing Pastry kitchens you will be benefit from fantastic opportunities in training and development which will be overseen by the well respected Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef.

You will require at least 3 years experience working in a 4 or 5 star hotel properties and have a good knowledge of all aspects of the pastry. There is a good learning culture within this property and you will have the opportunity to learn areas you want develop and progress in.
