The fine dining restaurant cooks modern British cuisine with traditional favourites and a modern twist, this property also has a beautiful terrace and members club, you will also be cooking for plated functions, buffets and small conferences.
If you are an experienced Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie seeking a good working environment, cooking from quality seasonal produce and gaining experience in all areas of hotel kitchens this is a great opportunity.
