 Our cutting edge Mystery Guest Software ‘The Regent Management Plus Report’ measures all areas of the guest experience; all booking and front desk functions, the performance of your bars and restaurants, the quality and comfort of your bedroom and bathroom, and the quality of cooking at breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. We will also examine housekeeping standards, the friendliness of staff in all areas, room service, your Spa, and the skills demonstrated in servicing guests in every area.

RESERVATION AUDITS

First impressions are everything and monitoring how well your sales/booking agents engage perspective clients is critical. You can assess the friendliness of your team, how well sales opportunities are exploited, and the success rate of clients who go on to book.

£30 per call.

SPA AUDITS

This is one of the most difficult areas to assess as ultimately, when the door to the treatment room closes, monitoring standards can be tricky. We are hugely experienced in assessing treatments. From the friendliness of staff, to the depth and skill of a massage, we will provide really useful feedback which will pin point strengths, as well as areas to assist in training and development.  In this audit we will test pre treatment care, product knowledge of staff, the impact of the venue, post treatment care, sales opportunities, and an overview of the entire leisure operation. Feedback is provided in Excel format so that we can build a trend analysis of performance in each area.
